Joe Jiang

Joe holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New South Wales and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in December 2024. He is also admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia.

Joe has developed substantial experience in immigration law, having assisted a diverse range of clients with various visa applications.

He has worked closely with his supervisor, Maria, on numerous Employer-Sponsored visa matters, supporting all stages of the process—from sponsorship and nomination applications to visa lodgements.

In addition to his work on visa applications, Joe has played a key role in preparing detailed health waiver submissions under PIC 4007. He has also gained valuable experience in handling complex matters involving visa refusals, appeals, and migration review proceedings.

Joe is known for his thorough and client-focused approach. He is committed to understanding each client’s unique circumstances and providing tailored, end-to-end support throughout their immigration journey.
