Nutchaya is a dual-qualified solicitor in Australia and Thailand.
Nutchaya was admitted as a lawyer of NSW Supreme Court since 2023. She speak fluently in both English and Thai.
Nutchaya has extensive experience in Immigration Law. She has been practising in Immigration Law since 2016 assisting many clients with Partner visas, Parents visas, Visitor visas, Student visas, Temporary Skill Shortage visas, Graduate visas, Resident Return visas and Australian Citizenship applications. She has also been involved in appeal visa refusal matters at Administrative Appeals Tribunal (‘AAT’) and represent her clients in AAT hearings.
Apart from Immigration Law, Nutchaya also assists her clients in Commercial Law matters including, but not limited to, purchase/sale of business matters and leasing matters.
